Also, this recipe is so easy to make. You don’t need an ice-cream machine. All you need is a food processor and a pan and you are good to go! This ice-cream is perfect on its own, serve with vegan french toast. Or you can make an extravagance vegan parfait with it! ❤️ I added some reishi powder not only for extra nutrition, but I also found the flavor of reishi makes the cacao flavor more prominent!

Super Creamy Vegan Chocolate Reishi Ice-cream (Vegan, Gluten-free, Refined Sugar-free)

3 ripe avocados
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup nut or seed butter (I used brazil nut butter)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp maca powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp reishi powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp carob powder
Directions
- Place everything in a food processor and process until smooth. Stop a few times and scrap the side of the bowl for better blending. Add a splash of almond milk if needed.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and place it into the freezer.
- Freeze for 3 hours. Stir once every hour.
- Scoop and enjoy! ☺️
