Also, this recipe is so easy to make. You don’t need an ice-cream machine. All you need is a food processor and a pan and you are good to go! This ice-cream is perfect on its own, serve with vegan french toast. Or you can make an extravagance vegan parfait with it! ❀️ I added some reishi powder not only for extra nutrition, but I also found the flavor of reishi makes the cacao flavor more prominent!

  • Place everything in a food processor and process until smooth. Stop a few times and scrap the side of the bowl for better blending. Add a splash of almond milk if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into a pan and place it into the freezer.
  • Freeze for 3 hours. Stir once every hour.
  • Scoop and enjoy! ☺️
