Pink Panther Pitaya Acai Bowl (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)

Recently, I’m experiencing some big changes, including my career and the place where I live. So, I was kind of busy these days and I apologize for my lack of post in recipes. I did keep on creating simple, nutritious and delicious recipes at home, but I’m just lacking of some free time to type them out.

Here comes one of the recipe that I created accidentally the night before I move my house. I have to clear everything in the fridge before we move, and I found two pitayas sitting in the fridge waving at me (LOL!). Therefore, I peel them, cut them into chunks and freeze them for making this Pink Panther Smoothie Bowl with an absolutely amazing pink color that I believe that every girl will fall in love with it at their first sight 💕

Ingredients:

2 frozen red pitaya (or 1 white, 1 red)
1 Pear
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut water)

Directions:

Just place everything into a blender (I used Vitamix) and blend until smooth. And here you go with a pretty Pink Panther Pitaya Bowl 🙆🏻‍♀️
