Who says you can’t have dessert when you’re having a low-carb diet? π€£
Few days ago I was adopting a temporary low-carb and high protein diet, but suddenly I was craving for desserts. Since banana isn’t low-carb, I couldn’t have my favorite banana ice-cream to stop my craving. Therefore, I made myself this super smooth and delicious chocolate tofu mousse π«
I was in a hurry and due to my diet restriction, I didn’t make a parfait with it, but I’m sure it will go well with raw granolas, fruits and nuts πIt is super easy and only requires 4 basic ingredients. So please don’t hesitate to try it!
Ingredients:
1/2 19 ounces silken tofu
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond mylk
2 heap Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp carob powder
1 pitted medjool date (optional, as a sweetener)
1 tspΒ Organic BurstΒ Baobab powder (optional)
Optional ingredients:
1 Tbsp raw nut butter
1 tsp Organic Burst Baobab powder
1 tsp Organic Burst Acai powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
or everything you think goes well with it. Be creative! π
Directions:
Throw everything into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth π
