Raw Hummus (Raw, Vegan, Gluten-free)

Have you ever been wondering what to do with your nut pulp after making nut mylk? Throwing them away is definitely a waste, so I usually make raw hummus from the nut pulps. It is so simple and delicious that I love to eat them with quinoa or just spread it on bread.

Ingredients:

around 1 cup of nut pulp leftover from making nut mylk
Juice from 2 limes
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
4 Tbsp raw nut butter
3 Tbsp water
Sea salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. You can add more water to achieve your desired consistency.
