This chocolate mousse cake is made with all natural ingredients, yet it tastes so decadent that it will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty.
Ingredients:
Crust
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups dates
1 1/2 cups dates
Cake
2 cups cashews
2 heap tbsps Loving Earth cacao powder
1 cup water
1 sachet Four Sigma Foods chaga
Juice from 2 limes
1 cup dates
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Juice from 2 limes
1 cup dates
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Crust
- Place the oats in a food processor, then process them into powder form.
- Then, add the dates and process again until it all starts to stick together, forming a dough-like mixture.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a rectangular loaf pan and place it in the freezer.
Filling
- Place all ingredients of the mousse cake into a blender or food processor and blend everything until becomes smooth and creamy.
- Took the crust out of the freezer.Pour the mixture onto your crust and freeze it overnight.Cut them into slices (or eat it directly with a spoon if you can’t wait) and enjoy! ☺️
