Soothing Papaya Acai Smoothie Bowl | Perfect For Summer!

Summer has already arrived, which also means it’s time to enjoy endless smoothie bowl all day everyday! 💃 Papaya is one of my favorite summer fruit and acai bowl is my favorite breakfast food. So why not combine them into one scrumptious soothing smoothie bowl? This recipe is in fact inspired by the Papaya SOS Marmalade from my favorite vegan skincare brand Ere Perez. They have a wide range of vegan skincare and cosmetic products which I have been using them and totally in love with them!

This Papaya SOS Marmalade contains coconut, hemp, chia, grapefruit oil & fermented papaya. These ingredients helps to hasten the delivery of essential antioxidants & vitamins to the skin. So let’s get into the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 100g firm tofu

  • 1/4-1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used coconut milk)

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped papaya

  • 1 Tbsp acai powder

  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp maple butter (optional but it makes it taste caramel-y)

  • 1 Tbsp nut butter ( I used almond butter)

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

  • 1 heaped Tbsp cacao powder

Directions

  • Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth, topped with your favorite toppings and enjoy 😃💕
