Last weekend, I went to a trail training with friends. Before my training, I wanted to make sure that I was properly fueled. However, since I was running out of time in preparing my pre-workout lunch, I whipped up this hemp protein nice cream power bowl in seconds and finished them within 5 minutes as it was just so delicious. For those who want a simple pre- or post-workout protein meal, feel free to try this recipe ☺️ Even if you are not training, you can still make this as a refreshing summer treat 💚
1 frozen mango
1 frozen peach
1 frozen banana
1 tsp moringa powder
1 heaped Tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the nice cream into a bowl and top with chopped hemp protein bars, buckinis, goji berries and raw chocolate chunks.
- Enjoy! Now you are fully charged with superfood goodness 🏃🏻♀️
