Summer is around the corner! So I guess it’s time for nice cream? π€£ That day I was experimenting with some banana-free nice cream options and I came up with this! The mango nice cream contains bananas, but the cacao layer didn’t! And guess what, I think it tastes much better than the one made with bananas, maybe because I’m not that into bananas.


Ingredients:
Mango layer:
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tsp Organic Burst baobab (optional)
1 tsp Amazonia prebiotic powder (optional)
1 scoop Sun Warrior raw vegan protein powder (optional)
1/4 cup coconut water
Cacao layer:
2 heaped Tbsp Big Tree Farm’s raw cacao powder
2 cups frozen pear (very ripe)
1/4 cup almond yogurt
Directions:
- Place everything of the mango nice cream into a high-speed blender (I used Vitamix) and blend until smooth
- Place the mango nice cream at the bottom layer of a jar of your choice
- Place the jar into the freezer to prevent it from melting down
- Wash the container and do the same with the cacao nice cream
- Place the cacao nice cream on top of the mango layer and topped with more fresh mango chunks, goji berries and raw cacao nibs
- It’s time to dig into your nice cream parfait! βΊοΈ
