Ingredients:
8 ounce packaged brown button mushrooms
Marinate
1/4 cup tamari
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

Direction:
- Rub mushroom caps with kitchen papers to remove any dirts on them and slice the mushrooms into 1/4 inch thick
- Mix the marinates in a bowl until all ingredients combine together
- Place the sliced mushrooms into a clean plastic bag and pour the marinates onto the mushrooms
- Zeal the bag and shake vigorously
- Spread the marinated mushrooms all over the plastic bag evenly and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. The longer it sits, the more intense the taste is
- After 30 minutes, place the mushrooms into a glass jar and keep it in the fridge
