Ingredients:
Chocolate:
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of sea salt
Peppermint part:
3 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
5 drops peppermint essential oil
1/4 tsp Organic Burst wheatgrass powder
Directions:
Peppermint filling
- Place coconut butter in a bowl immersed in some warm water until it melts
- Stir in other ingredients and mix well
- Place the peppermint mixture into some tiny silicon cupcake moulds and place them into the freezer until they set
Chocolate
- Mix the ingredients well
- Cover the hardened peppermint part with a thin layer of chocolate mixture
- Return the cups into the freezer until the chocolate layers hardened
- Dip the bottom and the sides of the cups into the remaining chocolate mixture and return to the freezer until the whole cups become solid
