Hemp Protein Bliss Balls (Raw,Vegan, Gluten-free, Sugar-free)

These hemp protein bliss balls are super easy to make as it requires no apparatus or equipments, just your hands and a bowl will do 😚 They are also perfect to carry with you when you travel, go to work, or as a post-workout snack! ✌🏻


1 scoop raw hemp protein powder (any other protein powder will do 😃)
1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
3 heap Tbsp pecan butter
1 tsp date paste (or any sweeteners)
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond mylk


  1. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together
  2. Take out 1 Tbsp of the dough and shape it into a ball
  3. Continue with the rest of the dough
  4. You can either eat it right away or place them into the fridge for a firmer texture
